What is Anemia?
Blood or Iron deficiency also called anemia is not so dangerous but need to immediate consultation with a doctor. Today, I’m going to tell you, is iron or blood deficiency a disease or an outcome of our food irregularities? It is called anemia in medical science terminology, i.e The lack of red blood particles or deficiency of iron in hemoglobin. It is often observed that not to eat green leaves vegetables is also a reason for blood deficiency and it changes into anemia later. So, finally, it appears that this is a disease.
Symptoms
Due to this, some symptoms appear in the body, like…
- Lack of strength and energy in the body
- Face shine off
- Fingernails grow white color
- Not to want work hard
- To feel tired every time
- Loss of appetite
- Irregular periods in women
You also need not worry if you’re feeling such symptoms. Because I’m going to tell you some easy & simple tips to escape from this condition.
Follow these Useful Tips to Get Rid
- Greater use of vegetables adds the iron element into the blood, and anemia is fine.
- Take Peepal (Ficus religiosa’s) milk and put 4 drops on patasha (a subcontinent sweet) eat it daily for a week, anemia will be fine.
- Eat chikoo (sapodilla fruit) regularly for 8 days, it’s very useful fruit in iron deficiency.
- Take half cup of carrot, tomato and spinach juice for 40 days, it will completely finish anemia. (avoid uric acid patients)
- 2 cups daily of carrot juice also prevent this disease.
- Take one teaspoon amla powder (Phyllanthus emblica) and two teaspoons til powder (sesame), mix them and use with honey for a month. It also fines anemia.
- It’s a great idea to use pomegranate in this condition, but if you want to get rid completely of this disease, take one cup pomegranate juice and put two pinches of black pepper powder and black salt, take it only for 20 days, its very simple and powder remedy.
- To eat grewia asiatica (Falsa) for 40 days fines this disease and it opens the ways of fresh blood making.
- One glass daily of grape juice is also more beneficial for this condition, take it for 20 days but you have to leave tea with this remedy otherwise it’ll not work.
- Use papaya fruit more than 200 grams daily for 20 days, it will work to get rid of iron deficiency completely.
- Cinnamon 5 grams, black til (Phyllanthus emblica) 10 grams, boil both in water and make a soup, and drink it. This is also an experimental remedy for lack of blood.
- You can also overcome this disease to drink peach’s juice for only 8 days.
- Mango and milkshake are also beneficial for anemia, take it for 20 days regularly. But you have to take at least 300 grams daily.
- Drink prunes (aloo bukhara) juice twice a day for 10 days, very useful in iron deficiency.
- Juice of beetroot has amazing results in iron deficiency.
- Take two teaspoons of onion with honey, is more effective for this disease.
