Alopecia Treatment: Onion & Ginger Supernatural Ingredients to Get Thick Hair

Introduction

Hair loss can affect just your scalp or your entire body. Anyone can experience hair loss, but it’s more common in men. Baldness typically refers to excessive hair loss from your scalp. Genetic hair loss with age is the most common cause of baldness. Some people prefer to ignore their hair loss leaves it untreated and unhidden.  Others may cover it up with hairstyles, makeup, and hats. People typically lose about 100 hairs a day. Hair loss occurs when this cycle of hair growth and shedding is disturbed or when the hairs are damaged and replaced with excessive oil or dandruff. The most common cause of hair loss is hereditary which means this problem is transferred in your genes from your parents it usually occurs gradually with aging.

On the other hand, many people experience a general thinning of hair several months after a physical or emotional shock (stress). This type of hair loss is temporary. Excessive hair styling can cause a type of hair loss called alopecia in which hairs are lost in patches.

So today as you’ve guessed it, the remedy we will be making is oil prepared at home using the following ingredients:

Ingredients

1 cup-Amla oil

1 small chopped onion

2tbs-Fenugreek seeds

2tbs-Curry leaves

Amla oil

Amla Oil

Amla oil extract from Amla fruit. It is very effective for curing hair-loss problems. It also slows down the aging process. Amla is easily available in the market at any grocer’s shop.

Onion

Onion

Onions were used in the old days for nourishing hair. It contains natural sulfur which helps in many hair damage problems. It also improves skin condition like wrinkles.

Fenugreek seeds

Fenugreek Seeds

It is a main raw material in the making of pickles. It has rebuilding effects which cure damaged and rough hair.

Curry leaves

Curry Leaves

Curry leaves help in hair growth, prevents the appearance of grey hair and helps to grow the hair strong and thick.

Ginger (optional)

Ginger

Ginger has well anti-aging properties but I would prefer using it only for curing alopecia in hair-loss problems.

Making and Usage:

Making of Mixture

Take a pan and add 1 cup of Amla oil and chopped onions. Now start cooking it on low flames of the stove until lathery bubbling appears on the surface of the oil. Turn off the stove and let the mixture sit. Now add 2tbs of Fenugreek seeds and 2tbs of Curry leaves in the mixture and start cooking the mixture again until the mixture shows lathery bubbles. Now turn off the stove and the mixture to cool down. After that, filter the oil from the materials and store it in a vessel. Massage your scalp 3 times a week for best results. For washing off the oil, you can use any kind of shampoo but I will suggest you watch my video here for proper guidance.

Note: Don’t overcook the mixture or it will turn blackish and will become waste.

Precaution you can take:

  • Avoid tight hairstyles, such as braids, buns or ponytails.
  • Avoid compulsively twisting, rubbing or pulling your hair.
  • Treat your hair gently when washing and brushing. A wide-toothed comb may help prevent pulling out hair.
  • Avoid harsh treatments such as hot rollers, curling irons, hot oil treatments, and permanents.
  • Avoid medications and supplements that could cause hair loss.
  • Protect your hair from sunlight and other sources of ultraviolet light.
  • Stop smoking. Some studies show an association between smoking and baldness in men.
